About the Role

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm with a robust global platform, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (class of ) to join their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial real estate transactions with a particular interest in real estate matters in the clean energy, traditional energy, and energy infrastructure industries.


What You'll Do

  • Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
  • Work on complex matters related to energy and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with partners and associates across the firm's 17 global offices
  • Develop expertise at the intersection of real estate and energy sectors

Qualifications

  • JD with 3-6 years of experience (class years )
  • Strong background in commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience with real estate matters in energy sectors (clean energy, traditional energy, infrastructure) preferred
  • California Bar admission
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
