Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Dallas.


Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of various real estate asset types, including retail, office, medical, residential, industrial, and hospitality properties.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents.
  • Advise clients on real estate financing matters, tax structuring, title and easements, and entity structuring.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across tax, bankruptcy, corporate, securities, and litigation practices to provide seamless legal solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, survey, and environmental reports, and addressing related issues.
  • Assist clients in the acquisition, development, and disposition of oil, gas, and other mineral interests.
  • Provide strategic counsel to real estate industry professionals and businesses with real estate needs.

Qualifications:


  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admitted to the Texas Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work collaboratively with attorneys in other practice areas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
