Our global Real Estate team is looking for a highly skilled associate with at least 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. This dynamic group represents a wide range of clients, including private equity firms, investment funds, public and private real estate companies, S&P 500 REITs, and institutional investors across various sectors such as hospitality and healthcare.
The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills and a solid understanding of the real estate investment business. Associates in this role will collaborate with attorneys from various offices and have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a diverse client base both in the U.S. and internationally.
