Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 per year

Job Details- Handle real estate transactions, including purchase & sale agreements, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and external stakeholders to structure and close deals
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on real estate-related legal issues
- Manage transaction timelines and coordinate with various parties to ensure deal execution
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and professional standards
Looking For:
- JD degree (Top School Preferred) and admission to the Maryland Bar
- 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience in an AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm is preferred
