Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Miami , Florida.

Candidate Profile:

•   JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (link removed)>

•   Bar Admission in Florida (link removed)>

•   3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, and development projects.

•  Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.

•  Demonstrated large law firm experience , with exceptional writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions , dispositions , debt financing , joint ventures , development projects , and leasing (link removed)>

•  Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

•  Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
