Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Real Estate Administrator for a prestigious client. As an integral part of the real estate team, you will provide essential administrative support, assist with real estate processes, and ensure efficient operations for key stakeholders, including the Real Estate Manager, Analyst, and VP. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in real estate and commercial operations within the renewable energy sector.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Real Estate team, including the Real Estate Manager, Analyst, VP, and the development team.
  • Maintain organization of all real estate records, ensuring both physical and digital documents are filed appropriately.
  • Prepare and distribute real estate documents through FedEx and USPS as needed.
  • Manage instrument recording process through County Clerk offices or online through Simplifile.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain the integrity of the land management software.
  • Draft and execute real estate letters to landowners, ensuring excellent communication and clarity.
  • Monitor and track signatures, documents, and tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-through.
  • Multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, managing all administrative duties efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Renewable Energy experience is a strong plus.
  • Previous exposure to real estate closings, titles, and understanding of real estate processes and terminology.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret legal documents and real estate contracts.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and track multiple priorities.
  • Experience with land management software is a plus.
