You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing off-market real estate deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and agents
- Negotiate terms and successfully close acquisition deals
- Conduct thorough market research and property due diligence
- Engage in direct outreach efforts, including door knocking and cold calling
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related fields preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
