Job Title: React JS Architect
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Initial Two Months of Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced React JS Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern digital web applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep expertise in React JS and related front-end technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain digital platforms that meet enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, UI developers, service engineers, and integration teams for end-to-end solution implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure front-end best practices.
- Debug and address UI performance issues and ensure optimal user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, quality checks, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, NFRs, and performance benchmarks.
- Potential travel may be required as per job demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered.
- 12+ years of experience in front-end technologies and responsive web design.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience leading ReactJS implementations.
Technical Skills:
- ReactJS and Next.js (deep understanding of components, rendering, server actions, routing).
- JavaScript, OOP, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model.
- CSS, SCSS, HTML5, Redux, Context API, React Hooks API.
- Experience with cross-platform React Native mobile applications.
- Node.js, GraphQL, Apollo Client.
- Micro front-end architecture and design.
- Awareness and usage of UI-specific performance testing tools.
- DevOps, pipelines, and deployment experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Spring Boot and Java-based microservices development and integrations.
- Familiarity with the retail domain is a plus.
