• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Architecture: Implement scalable and high-performance application architecture.
• Innovation: Stay updated on trends and propose improvements.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to performance and usability.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for development processes

• Ability to identify and prioritize the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
