Position Description: Ennoble First is seeking a Reachback Information Operations (IO) Planners to join our team in support of Army missions at Metro Park in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will support analytic production and operational planning for foreign military, political, and security-related issues. This includes assessing regional military capabilities, doctrine, leadership decision-making, and information-related capabilities (IRCs) to support strategic and operational planning. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, political, and security topics
Analyze and assess regional military capabilities, leadership intentions, defense policy, and civil-military relations
Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence products
Collaborate with the intelligence community to drive collection and resolve analytic disputes
Apply understanding from complex, incomplete, or technically advanced information
Support IO planning efforts and assist in integrating IRCs into operational concepts
Minimum Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
Demonstrated experience as an IO Planner or IRC professional
Ability to independently analyze, assess, and communicate complex information
Experience working in a collaborative IC or joint operational environment
Must complete Army Information Operations Planner Course (AIOPC) after hire
Desired Education/Experience: High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in IO or IRCs OR
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in IO or IRCs
Formal training or education in Information Operations or any of the following Information-Related Capabilities (IRCs): Psychological Operations (PSYOP) / Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
Civil Affairs (CA)
Public Affairs (PA)
Electronic Warfare (EW)
Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA)
Combat Camera (COMCAM)
Special Technical Operations (STO) Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
