We are looking for an administrative professional to assist the RCM department in a supportive role. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills. Excellent communication skills, time management, and impeccable attention for detail are also a must. The candidate should have experience working in a remote office environment and performing administrative tasks. An ability to multitask, take initiative, balance priorities, and meet deadlines is essential to the position.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the RCM Department. There is some flexibility with the schedule, however, the core hours of the role will be Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET.
Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities: - Maintain payer website access across RCM customers by resetting passwords and restoring locked accounts.
- Review and update outdated website access information
- Provide assistance with Salesforce case management by reassigning cases to appropriate team members and closing cases no longer required.
- Assist with activities for clients existing RCM services
- Manage Alpha II submitter requests for activation, deactivation, and trigger file updates
- Transfer correspondence received through electronic fax to the appropriate drive for review by the payment posting team
- Enable/disable customer reporting and maintain contract data within OP database
- Conduct custom reporting for RCM customers as needed
- Assist with month end reporting and data collection
- Upload missing ERAs into OP database
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as requested.

Education Requirements: - High school diploma or GED is required. Individuals with additional education are also welcome to apply.
Experience Requirements: - Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, and Slides preferred
