Raytheon is a provider of SkillBridge Fellowship opportunities for transitioning service members to gain an in-depth understanding of the aerospace and defense business from some of the most respected leaders and engineers in the industry. What You Will Do
- Stock parts away to shelves, bins, or appropriate locations and update Warehouse Management System with proper location.
- Perform kitting function by identifying material location and counting/packaging appropriate part number and quantity.
- Count identified part numbers and record counts in inventory system.
- Package outbound shipments and performing routing function for subsequent shipments.
- Communicate with customers, management, and coworkers to identify priority activities and communicate progress with management and customers.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High School Diploma required; associate degree Preferred.
- Over 5 years' experience in a Warehousing, Pack/Ship, and/or Transportation environment.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required.

SkillBridge Eligibility overview:
To be eligible for this SkillBridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements:
• Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.
• Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
