Rapid Response Team Lead with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a Rapid Response Team Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of networking infrastructures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will: Lead the Rapid Response Team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents with urgency and expertise. Develop and refine incident response protocols, ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity standards and emerging threats. Oversee network asset documentation, configuration management, and the CMDB to support IT and security operations. Conduct simulation exercises and incident analyses to enhance response effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with intelligence teams and stakeholders while ensuring ongoing training for the team to stay ahead of evolving threats. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager 3+ years in a DoD IT environment Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
