Description:
Analyze 3GPP specifications, assess their benefits for DISH wireless networks, and evaluate emerging wireless technologies. Assist in developing 5G radio feature requirements and perform RAN testing and validation in lab and field environments. Troubleshoot RAN performance issues with internal teams and vendors, and collaborate on planning and optimization with Network Engineering and Design teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 3-5 years of cellular industry experience, and strong knowledge of digital communication, RF propagation, and physical layer systems. Must have excellent communication skills and be a positive team player.
