Radiology Technologist
Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-Time 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Type of Contract: Permanent
Pay Range: $25.74 - $35.50 per hour (based on experience)
Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join a dynamic imaging department in a thriving healthcare facility. This role involves delivering high-quality radiographic imaging services, including fluoroscopy under physician guidance, to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will ensure imaging procedures align with ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards, participate in continuous quality improvement processes, and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
Beyond imaging responsibilities, this professional may support clinical workflows, which could include tasks such as patient intake, front desk operations, phlebotomy, EKGs, and vital sign collection-depending on departmental needs and within scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Uphold all imaging standards and protocols aligned with ALARA principles.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for diagnostic accuracy.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and customer service excellence.
Support the broader clinical team with administrative and patient care tasks, as required.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; graduation from an AMA-accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
Licensure/Certification:
ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
Certified Radiologic Technologist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care environment is required.
Other Requirements:
Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to support a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to complete and maintain a Career Ladder Portfolio for advancement consideration.
Comfortable with additional clinical or administrative duties as needed (training will be provided if required).
