Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Interpret approximately 46 cases per day, including 28 from the ER
• Read 5-8 CT scans from the ER daily
• Analyze X-rays, with 60% originating from the ER
• Handle mammography cases if local and able
• Perform ultrasound interpretations if local and able
• Utilize Fuji Synapse PACS for image viewing and analysis
• Use Nuance Powerscribe for dictation and reporting
• Manage patient records through Cerner EMR system
• Maintain a same-day turnaround time for interpretations
• Collaborate with ER staff and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Hawaii
• Experience with high-volume radiology interpretation required
• Familiarity with Fuji Synapse PACS, Nuance Powerscribe, and Cerner EMR preferred
