• Duties: Physical exams are performed w/ mammography.

• Required Procedures:
- Mammography: MQSA Certified & Digital.
- (Preferred): General Radiology: Bone Density Scan (Dexa Scan), Mammography Interventional-Needle Localization, stereotactic biopsies, Breast ultrasound biopses, Breast MRI biopsies, Fine needle localization, Ultrasound: General, Aspiration/Drainage, & MRI: Breast.

• Office Equipment: Hologic Secureview

• No. of Rooms: 2 Mammo exam rooms & 2 US exam rooms

• No. of Beds: 39

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:
- Sparse and sporadic coverage to cover when the internal provider is not on shift for Continuing Medical Education & PTO.
- No supervision is required.
- No other radiologists will be present during locums coverage.
- The team does not support a Teleradiology System.
- The facility is a Federal Drug Administration Accredited Mammography.

Requirements:

• CO License

• BC in Mammography Radiology
