Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiologist (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Elk Grove Village, IL. This position offers a dynamic imaging environment within a well-established facility committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services.
Position: Locum MD/DO Radiologist
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
Provide timely and accurate radiologic interpretations to assist in clinical decision-making
Collaborate with referring physicians and medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain detailed and organized reports in the facility s imaging system
Adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
Fellowship training preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in using PACS and other radiology software systems
