•  Monday through Friday 8a - 5p
•  No Call
•  Active IL License - Required
•  Prefer a relatively local or drive-in provider
•  Number of Physicians in Department: 6
•  Board Certified - Required
•  Patient Population Mix: All ages
•  Average Number of Cases Per Day: 100 reads/day (flexible, depending on modality and comfort of reading physician
•  Support Staff: PACs IT on site
•  Required Procedures:
•  CT
•  MR
•  General Diagnostic Radiology Scans (no biopsies)
•  Flexible on modality preferences
•  Beds in Facility: 174
•  EMR: EPIC, Radiant, Clario, Powerscribe
