Radiology - Interventional Physician

Position: Interventional Radiologist-Breast/ Teleradiologist Organization: Small Hospital Innovation Specialists (SHI) Duration: 3-Year Relationship with Hospitals
Hospitals:
Location: Florida

• Current Staff: 15 remote, 5 in-house
Schedule: Very flexible but must have a structured schedule. Options include one day a week, specific days (Friday or Monday), or by modality (e.g., only reading X-rays). Schedule flexibility can be discussed based on cost

• Palmetto Hospital (Miami, larger hospital)

• Desoto Memorial

• Hendry Hospital

• Telaradiologist Compensation :
o Nights: $40/hr. RVU
o Days: $35/hr.

• Availability:
o 1 slot for daytime shift in Florida (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
o Enough volume to handle 80-90 studies
o Credentialing within 30 days if documents are submitted promptly

• Hospitals:
o St. Michael ER
o St. Claire's
o St. Mary's

• Telaradiologist Compensation :
o Nights: $40/hr. RVU
o Days: $35/hr.

• IR Breast Compensation: Daily rate for breast biopsies, schedule flexible

• Work: One day a week of biopsies at St. Michaels
Additional Information:

• SHI has been engaged in radiology for 2 years at the request of the hospitals to take on those contracts.

• Malpractice insurance coverage is occurrence-based, with tail coverage built in.
