Responsibilities

As our Business Analyst at CHI St. Vincent, you will help the Radiology team streamline operations and optimize patient care through data-driven insights and workflow coordination so they can improve service delivery and operational outcomes.

Every day you will collect, analyze, and report operational data to support imaging services. You will be expected to facilitate effective communication, resolve operational issues, and manage critical data processes that support departmental goals.

To be successful in this role, you must bring strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare operations, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
  • Collect, evaluate, and report radiology data to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, billing processes, and data documentation
  • Support problem resolution for internal/external stakeholders and patient services
  • Perform clerical duties and maintain department records and supply orders
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting, and reporting functions for imaging operations
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, Metropolitan Test or equivalent.
  • Three years general office experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years college or the equivalent is preferred.
  • Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Pay Range

$17.04 - $23.43 /hour
