  • Hourly Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 (based on experience)

  • Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month

  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (for Full time positions)

  • PTO: 25 days in your first year

  • Shift Differentials: Higher pay for mobile, PRN, float, and evening shifts (8 PM - midnight)

& Position Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a hybrid role combining clinical, technical, and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional care and operational flow. You'll:

  • Perform and analyze diagnostic x-rays

  • Assist with front-desk and patient intake duties

  • Support providers with patient prep and testing

? Key Responsibilities

X-Ray Services

  • Perform x-rays under provider supervision (newborn to elderly)

  • Ensure correct positioning and patient protection

  • Assist patients in wheelchairs when needed

Patient Care

  • Conduct vitals, medical history, and pre-visit screenings

  • Perform POC testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, ECG, HCG)

  • Communicate with patients throughout their visit

Front Desk & Admin

  • Register patients, verify insurance, and process co-pays

  • Schedule appointments and handle referrals

  • Maintain accurate records and answer phones

  • Perform opening/closing procedures, including cash handling

  • Help maintain quality control logs and troubleshoot equipment

Inventory

  • Stock medical supplies in exam rooms and front desk

  • Track expiration dates and manage restocking

& Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma (required)

  • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)

Certifications (Required at Time of Hire):

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

  • State Radiologic Technologist License (per state law)

  • BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Experience:

  • Previous clinical experience preferred
