Radiation Therapy

•  Provides age-appropriate, culturally sensitive nursing care, ensuring patient safety and education.
•  Coordinates and manages patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
•  Leads, advocates, and contributes to performance improvement, team collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
•  Educates patients, families, and staff; maintains strong communication and utilizes technology.
•  Requires Associate Degree in Nursing, valid GA RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience.
•  ACLS certification required for specified care units (Critical Care, Emergency, GI/Cath Lab, Labor & Delivery, Intermediate Care, PACU); new graduates must obtain within 90 days.
