A hospital-based cancer center is seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in North Platte, Nebraska.
This position follows a MondayFriday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break. The physician will see 57 follow-up patients per day, with no consults. On Mondays, the provider will also see all OTVs, which may total up to 20 patients. Hospital privileges are required, with an estimated credentialing time of around 45 days. The facility uses EPIC for EMR and Varian/ARIA for treatment planning, primarily delivering IMRT treatments. Candidates must be board-certified and hold an active state license to be submitted.
