Radar Modeling and Simulation Sr Software Developer with Security Clearance

Radar Modeling and Simulation Sr Software Developer OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Radar Modeling and Simulation Sr Software Developer. Job Responsibilities include: The Radar Modeling and Simulation Sr Software Developer will be part of a team that provides advanced sensors and interceptors to identify, track and defeat threats as part of a layered missile defense. Will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of software systems, subsystems, components, and tools possessing significant functionality. Will participate on a cross-functional team developing software for a real-time OS as well as performing radar analysis. You will work and learn in an environment using Agile methodology, Modern Development Security Operation (DevSecOps) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques (CI/CD), Test-Driven Multi-Disciplined Capability (TDMC) Product Development methodology, a variety of domains such as battle management, command & control, communications, radar, missile, and/or modeling & simulation. Minimum Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
5+ Years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, & Maintenance
Experience with C developing object oriented software
Experience with Radar and/or Modeling and Simulation (M&S)
Preferred Skills: XBR, AN/TPY-2 radar or other radar interface experience
Experience with Matlab and/or other modeling/analysis tools
Experience with Linux or other Unix variant
Experience with software testing tools
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in Air and Missile Defense Programs (THAAD, PATRIOT, IBCS, MEADS, UEWR, SBX)
Experience working on multi-threaded programs
Experience working on real-time applications
Experience performing GPU programming
Experience developing or evaluating requirements
Experience working with DOORS, or other requirement management tool (MS Office DOORS macro experience a plus)
Required Education: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics. Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is preferred.
