Eric von Schledorn Random Lake Automotive Dealership is currently seeking a Full-time Service Writer to join our Quick Lane Team.
The right candidate will be required to work with Quick Lane technicians in coordinating all aspects of customer service requirements to achieve a high level of customer service.
Qualified candidates must have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to complete service tickets, quotes and handle all communications with the customers regarding the status of their findings in a timely, professional manner.
Prior CDK experience is recommended but not required, willing to train the right candidate.
