An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist subcontractor delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across the UK.
This is a key role within a dynamic and growing team, working on high-profile schemes involving fa ades, drylining, and full interior fit-out packages. With a strong pipeline of work across London, this position offers long-term stability and real career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all commercial aspects of fa ade and drylining packages
Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valuations, and variations
Work closely with project teams to ensure cost control and financial performance
Negotiate and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements
Provide regular financial reporting and forecasts to senior management
Support the delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction subcontracting
Background in fa ades, drylining, or interior fit-out is essential
Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract law (JCT/NEC)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with delivery teams
