In its initial phase, the project involves the design andconstruction of a 15GWh lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility,complete with ancillary buildings and extensive site-wideinfrastructure works.
Once complete, this facility will rank among the largestbattery production sites in the UK, with the capacity to supplyhalf of the country's projected automotive battery needs by theearly 2030s.

Quantity Surveyor -Major Project Working with the wider Commercial Teamreporting into the Commercial Manager on siteyou'll;
- be workingtogether to input into Work Scope Documents/Procurement of Enabling Work Packages with theClient Procurement Team.
- manage a rangeof commercial aspects including procurement, tendering,contract administration, variations and management ofsubcontract works packages through to finalaccount.
- keen to minimise risk, cost andmaximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour,plant and materials.
Yourprofile You'll ideally;
- be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, CommercialManagement, or a related field or working towards thiscurrenlty.
- be a recognised Quantity Surveyorwith strong commercial awareness, focused on profit, cash flow, andvalue delivery, with broad industry experience across multiplesectors and leading main contractors.
- beskilled in managing the full commercial lifecycle, includingprocurement, tendering, contract administration, subcontractormanagement, and cost analysis to minimise risk and maximise projectvalue.
- be interested in works packages to bemanaged including; Frame and Envelop, infrastructure andBuilding and fitout.
- have extensive experiencedelivering large-scale, high-value projects within ConstructionManagement environments.
- have a strongstrategic insight with the ability to interpret complex data andcontribute to informed, forward-looking businessdecisions.
