Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities & Requirements - Must have proven experience within a Construction environment
- Client valuations and preparation of applications
- Responsible for serving contract notices to clients in accordance with the contact and customer/company policy
- Strong knowledge and understanding in construction planning and construction execution
- Experience of JCT Contracts
- Managing subcontractors applications, variations, payments, and final accounts
- Sub-Contractor commercial management: Tendering process and negotiations, Placing orders, and contracts
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a must
- Ongoing liaison with site teams, customer representatives and subcontractors
- Positive, flexible, self-assured and motivated in approach
