This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the region.
Role Responsibilities - Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring competitiveness and financial control.
- Tender Preparation: Create and manage tender documentation, including bills of quantities, to support the procurement process.
- Contract Administration: Handle contract negotiations, manage obligations, and oversee variations and claims.
- Financial Reporting: Track project costs, produce forecasts, and deliver regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to reduce exposure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet financial targets.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to current regulations and industry standards.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Skills - Proficient in cost management and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Competent with relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, project management tools)
