Roles Available: Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS), Quantity Surveyor (QS), Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS)
Sector: Infrastructure

We're currently recruiting experienced and ambitious Quantity Surveyors at various levels (AQS, QS, SQS) to join a key infrastructure project - Sizewell C, one of the largest and most significant energy developments in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major programme, working on-site with a dedicated commercial and operational team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of the project, contributing to its delivery, cost control, and contractual compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and administering contracts from start to finish, working closely with both client-side teams and subcontractors.

  • Supporting procurement and producing subcontract documentation, including negotiation of terms, conditions, and pricing.

  • Monitoring project costs, producing monthly CVRs and detailed cost plans, and highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate submissions of applications, notices, and quotations in line with NEC contract requirements.

  • Attending site and progress meetings, maintaining accurate records, and advising on change and risk management.

  • Promoting and maintaining safe working practices on site.

  • Supporting junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing (SQS level).

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within infrastructure or civil engineering.

  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.

  • Confident in commercial reporting, contract administration, and cost forecasting.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Working towards (or already holding) membership with RICS or ICES.

  • Proficiency with Excel and commercial software systems.

Whether you're stepping into your first major project or looking to bring your senior expertise to a nationally significant scheme, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something with long-term impact.
