Exciting freelance opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a high-end residential refurbishment and fit-out project in Westminster, offering a competitive day rate/salary.
An opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor on a prestigious residential scheme in Westminster, valued at approximately 10M. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on luxury refurbishment and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
- Strong experience in high-end residential refurbishment and fit-out
- Proven main contracting experience
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
