Insight Global is seeking an experienced Qualtrics Architect/Programmer to lead the technical design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of one of our largest tech clients' Qualtrics XM platform. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable research and feedback solutions, enabling us to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. This role combines survey programming, workflow automation, API integrations, and dashboard development with strategic platform governance.

This role can pay between $57-$60/hour depending no years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics CoreXM; advanced proficiency in survey logic, workflows, dashboards, and distributions.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing survey interfaces.
- Proficiency in using and integrating with Qualtrics APIs (RESTful), Webhooks, and automation tools.
Familiarity with data integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, AWS Lambda) and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), or market research use cases.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with dbt, SQL, or Snowflake a plus for end-to-end data pipeline familiarity.
- Qualtrics certifications (e.g., Platform Essentials, API, or Advanced Survey Design) preferred.
