Responsibilities
  • Support IATF auditing by leading internal and external audits and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans, PFMEAs, process flows, and inspection instructions.
  • Coordinate and execute APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches and annual re-validations.
  • Manage document control systems and calibration programs for gages and equipment.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) for internal and customer quality issues.
  • Support layered audits and manage corrective actions stemming from audit findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline QMS documentation and improve quality procedures.
  • Provide training and mentorship on quality standards and best practices across departments.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with specifications.
Essential Skills
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality systems engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001, and related quality standards.
  • Experience in audit scheduling, execution, and follow-up.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, GD&T, and CMM programming.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
