Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Quality Support Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Quality Assurance team by maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating documentation. This position helps ensure that quality processes are followed efficiently and effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, manuals, and inspection records.
- Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Support quality investigations, non-conformance reports, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Coordinate training records and quality system updates.
- Enter data into quality systems and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Assist in managing document control systems and processes.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality goals are met.
RequirementsQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality, administrative, or manufacturing support role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
