We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor. This role is essential for ensuring our client's products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes to meet product specifications.
- Lead the QA team in performing inspections at various production stages.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
