We are searching for a Quality Manager with a company based near Shrewsbury, NJ
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the complete Quality life cycle from proposal, to purchase order award, through to hardware delivery, including customer returned materials.
Responsibilities:
Performs quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability of program requirements.
Manage and develop metrics and drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA)
Manage customer scorecards and applicable Quality Initiatives with department functional leadership.
Design and implement methods and procedures for testing and inspecting the quality level of products
Participate in material review board (MRB), corrective action board (CAB) and production team meetings.
Perform statistical analysis on products
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics and two (2)+ years' experience OR,
Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics and one (1)+ years' experience.
Preferred:
- 5+ years in an AS9100 manufacturing environment.
- Experience with root cause corrective action (RCCA)
- ASQ Quality Engineer Certification (CQE).
- Lean Six Sigma Experience (6S)
- Quality Tools - Problem Solving Methodologies, SPC, APQP, FMEA, DMAIC, Change Management
- Management experience
