Description
As a Quality Manager you will:
- RMA Management: Processing customer return requests, evaluating eligibility, and generating RMA numbers.
- Customer Support: Providing prompt assistance regarding RMA processes, return status, and replacement/refund options.
- Technical Analysis: Guiding engineers in failure analysis of returned products and contributing to technical report writing.
- Customer Liaison: Interfacing with external customers and Applications Engineering to resolve customer-facing issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Mining and reporting on RMA performance metrics, including PPM and cycle time.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborating with factory quality and manufacturing teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Production Coordination: Coordinating objectives with production procedures to maximize quality and minimize costs.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-10 years RMA/customer service experience.
- 10+ years quality experience.
- Technical analysis and data reporting skills.
