As the Quality Manager, you will oversee all quality operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will lead a team of quality professionals and work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in the aerospace or airline parts manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA regulations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC.

Experience with quality software systems and ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
