We are looking for an experienced QMS Manager to lead our quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. You will drive continuous improvement, lead audits, and embed a strong quality culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001/AS 9100 QMS.
- Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and corrective actions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Provide quality training and support to cross-functional teams.
- Analyze quality data and manage risks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in QMS, preferably in manufacturing or production
- Proven experience with ISO 9001/AS 9100 compliance and audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in wire harness manufacturing is a plus.
