The key responsibilities of a Quality Manager include:

Profile

A succesful Quality Manager will:

  • B.S. Degeree in Engineering or relevnt degree
  • Proven ISO Audit Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing successful ISO audits.
  • Quality System Expertise: A strong track record of pragmatically improving and maintaining quality systems.
  • Inspection Acumen: A deep understanding of inspection requirements and their application.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (manufacturing and R&D).
  • Problem-Solving Approach: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, focused on being a partner rather than an impediment.
