This role is ideal for individuals who excel in critical thinking and take pride in upholding the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for inspecting products, conducting precision tests, analyzing measurements, and documenting production data to ensure all manufacturing processes meet strict industry and internal quality requirements.

Conduct regular quality inspections on incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods using AN, MS, NAS, and MIL standards.

Reject and return nonconforming products and materials.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and engineering specifications.

Use micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other precision tools to verify product conformance to spec.

Identify and recommend process improvements to support continuous quality control.

Accurately document inspection results and maintain performance records.

Provide feedback to production teams to improve product quality.

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality throughout production.


3+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred).

Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.

Solid knowledge of quality standards and systems, including AN, MS, NAS, MIL, IATF, and AS9100.

Strong math and reading comprehension skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in quality control is a plus.
