QA Inspector II $20.00-$25.00/hour 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Description:
Join a quality-focused production team as a QA Inspector II. In this role, you'll inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. You will be responsible for reporting non-conformances and documenting results using company systems. This position is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality processes in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and final products for quality compliance

• Accurately document inspection findings and report non-conformances

• Use inspection tools and follow detailed inspection plans and engineering drawings

• Support the preparation of quality documentation and participate in audits
Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required; 1-3 months of related experience preferred

• Strong math skills including fraction-to-decimal conversions

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions

• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of basic gage R&R concepts

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet necessary vision standards

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $41,600-$52,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
