Are you a detail-driven quality professional with a passion for food safety and operational excellence? We're looking for a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead our food safety and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal, and third-party standards. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality and Food Safety Management System.


  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and all applicable food safety regulations.


  • Act as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies, certification audits, and customer quality concerns.


  • Champion a culture of quality across all departments, fostering accountability and proactive risk management.


  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).


  • Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols and quality best practices.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


  • 3 years of experience in quality and food safety within the food and/or beverage industry


  • Strong understanding of HACCP principles, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance (FDA/FSMA as applicable)


  • Experience with internal and third-party audits, supplier quality programs, and documentation control


  • A proactive mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
