Overview:
The Quality Manager will lead Quality Systems and team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about quality and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Quality Manager will lead quality initiatives for the Tank Division in alignment with IATF16949 standards.
- Develop, implement, and train teams on quality systems to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective, efficient quality processes.
- The Quality Manager will monitor and improve quality metrics; identify non-conformances and lead corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
- Analyze data, drive root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- The Quality Manager will oversee internal/external audits and maintain compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
- Engage in KPI reviews, customer communications, and the APQP process.
- Initiate and manage corrective actions for internal teams and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- The Quality Manager must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Must have 5-7 years of quality management experience in contract manufacturing from an Engineering background.
- Must have a background in metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint processes.
- The Quality Manager must be proficient in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA
- Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications (CQA, CQE) a plus.
- Must be a CITIZEN/ GC HOLDER
