Quality Engineering Center of Excellence Lead

Role: Quality Engineering Center of Excellence Lead Location: Boca Raton, FL We are looking for a QE Lead for our direct client in Florida. Please find the job description below. Responsibilities: Lead Quality Engineering (QE) Team in development and implementation of Software Engineering Testing best practices across multiple business units. Lead QE Team using Agile in design, development and deployment of QE productivity and reporting tools and processes. Required Experience and Skills: 6-8 years experience leading complex software related projects. Local / able to work FT on-site. Expertise with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience managing hybrid on-shore, near-shore, off-shore teams. Expertise with both SDET, in-scrum testing as well as dedicated testing team approaches. Strong background in software testing processes and Quality Engineering best practices such: Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, Test Data Management, etc.
