Akkodis is seeking a
Quality Engineer IV for a
contract job with a client in
Santa Clara, CA . Responsibilities include reviewing and approving software development lifecycle deliverables, leading hazard analysis teams, and occasionally writing test protocols and reports.
Rate Range: $48/hour to $52/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Engineer IV job responsibilities include: - Consult with Manufacturing, Information Management, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Product Performance Analysis teams to ensure compliance with software development procedures and industry regulations.
- Review and approve deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead teams in performing Hazard Analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for software development activities.
- Provide training for select software development activities within LifeScan.
- Write and execute test protocols and prepare detailed test reports as needed.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on software development and compliance.
- Expertise in reviewing software development lifecycle deliverables and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience in leading hazard analysis teams and writing test protocols and reports.
