Role Overview
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management system.
- Create and maintain Project Quality Plans, Quality Procedures, and Surveillance Programs.
- Collaborate with Engineering on the Engineering Surveillance Program.
- Develop and execute Surveillance Plans for FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning.
- Lead quality requirements implementation for procured equipment and construction scope.
- Coordinate the development and execution of the quality audit program.
- Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances and quality issues.
- Establish and implement the project's quality reporting and metrics program.
- Interface with Project Management to ensure resource engagement for the Quality Management system.
- Facilitate Project-specific Quality training and workshops.
- Provide quality input for Execution Proposal documents and participate in technical evaluations.
- Complete planning activities for Gate 3, including risk identification and updating system deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
- Surveillance Plans: Experience in developing and executing surveillance plans.
- Quality Audits: Proficient in coordinating quality audit programs.
- Quality Reporting: Ability to establish and implement quality reporting metrics.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Relevant quality management certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in quality management within project environments.
