Job Description Job Description Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Quality Engineer for their plant located just 20 minutes from Lebanon, TN.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve quality or production issues
- Develop and maintain inspection standards for service parts
- Resolve Supplier Quality Performance issues
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal quality concerns
- Lead quality activities including FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and failure analysis
- Support internal, customer, and IATF audits; lead audit readiness efforts
- Provide support to Quality Technicians and other staff as needed
- Track and report monthly internal and external PPM metrics; identify trends and support corrective actions
- Participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts and monitor KPIs (e.g., scrap reduction, first-pass yield)
Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar quality role
- Strong knowledge of inspection equipment & quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA)
- Experience with ERP, QMS, MES, or other integrated manufacturing and quality systems
- Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred
