Description


  • Interpret and ensure customer specifications are met for pumps, motors, and chemical systems in high-stakes industries like nuclear, fossil power, and chemical processing.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to deliver safe, environmentally compliant products that exceed industry standards.
  • Manage and develop floor-level process documentation, ensuring alignment with design requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis, working closely with inspectors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct ISO and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee critical processes like welding, fabrication, and personnel training for weld procedures.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation while managing bottlenecks to ensure operational excellence.
  • Focus on high-level quality assurance tasks to uphold industry-leading standards across production.

Profile


  • Engineering degree (preferred) with experience or interest in NDE (e.g., liquid penetrant testing).
  • Strong auditing experience, with expertise in ISO documentation and specifications.
  • Senior-level role requiring advanced qualifications compared to a Quality Engineer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and proficient in working in dynamic environments.
